Thank you for choosing our services. We aim to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Below are the details regarding our shipping process and costs:

Order Processing:
Any order placed before 3pm will be promptly processed and shipped on the same day in collaboration with our trusted partner, DPD. Upon shipment, you will receive a track & trace email, enabling you to monitor the journey of your order until it reaches your doorstep.

Shipping Costs:
Netherlands, Belgium & Germany:
For orders under €99, a postage fee of €5.25 will be applied.

Rest of Europe:
A flat postage fee of €10.00 will be charged.

Outside the European Union: ( f.e.: Switzerland, Norway, UK):
For destinations outside of Europe, including Switzerland, Norway, UK, and Ireland, a postage fee of €25.00 will be incurred. Please note that any incidental or import costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Are you not satisfied with your Macpac purchase? No problem, you can simply return it and we will refund the purchase price. We need a number of things to refund the money:

  • The product in undamaged and original packaging
  • Completed returns form
  • The original invoice
  • Your name and account number so that we can refund the money. You can enter this on the invoice.

We will refund the purchase amount to your account number within ten working days. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Do you want to exchange a product for a different size? Please also write the desired size on the invoice. As soon as we receive the return
